1968年5月出生。1993年获中国科学院上海有机化学研究所博士学位，1994－1998年在美国衣阿华州立大学从事博士后研究工作。目前担任中国科学院上海有机化学研究所研究员，课题组长。现主要从事导向有机合成的自由基反应等研究工作。
