1947年7月出生。1985年获博士学位后，在国际著名氟化学家D.D.DesMarteau 小组从事博士后研究。曾获得“有突出贡献的中国博士学位获得者”奖。（已退休）

研究领域：

一直从事有机氟化学的工作，目前主要进行含氟活泼中间体的研究。发表研究论文一百五十余篇，研究成果2002年获上海市科技进步二等奖（排名第一）及2007年上海市自然科学基金二等奖。
